We respect your clothes and therefore use the sun drying method or our drying chambers for drying. We use the dryer in exceptional cases!

We are always close to you!

Laundry should never interfere with your free time fun. And doing it should not be expensive.

Our own delivery guys are ready 9 am to 8 pm to come to your home and pick up your clothes. When they are ready, clean and fresh, to be delivered back to you, we will bring them back to you.

How do we work?

Just a few simple steps:

1. What service do you need?

Do you need both pickup and delivery? Or do you prefer just one of these? Do you want to bring your clothes to our store? Do you need same-day service? With same day service in rainy season, delicate service is not possible. Read our FAQ and if you're unsure, Contact us!

2. Fill our on-line form

To process an order outside the store, we always need a completed form. We need your name, your address, your apt. number, WhatsApp phone Nr. so we can contact you.
Then you choose your preferred service. During the rainy season, same day service may be limited, so please contact us in advance.

3. Leave laundry at the reception

After placing your order online or by calling us, you can drop off your clothes at reception. Please send us a message to WhatsApp - your apt. number and photo of your bag with dirty laundry on the reception( to identify your clothes). Why reception? For safety reasons we are not alowed to walk to your apt..
Or just hand it to us. Our delivery guy will be there to pick up your laundry soon.

4. Receive your bill

We will check and weigh the clothes in our store. Your bill will be sent to your Whatsapp. You can leave the money at the reception in an envelope with your name and apt. number, or pay on delivery. Right now, only cash payment is possible.

5. Your clothes are ready

When your clothes are fresh, clean and ready for you, we will notify you and bring the clothes back to your home (with basic service usually after 5 - 6 pm the next day).

Warning!

After washing, grey/yellow stains may appear on light-coloured laundry.

This is caused by chemicals in:

Cosmetics, Hair products, Bubble solutions, Pool chemicals, Massage products…

This is a common occurrence and can be prevented by rinsing your clothes with cold water after activities. The stains are not caused by our process, but unfortunately they are only visible after washing the clothes.

Removal is only possible using strong chemicals.

If you need your laundry done in Karon Phuket, go here. I swung by around 9:30 in the evening and the young lady was still there working hard. She accepted my laundry and had me out of there in a few minutes. The next day my clean clothes were neatly folded and packed in a plastic package.
